Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all major PIN codes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during major festival periods (like Phalgun Mela) may take an additional 1–2 days to process.
- Customized or combo products may require up to 3–4 days for preparation before dispatch.

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49–₹79 is applied based on destination.
- Bulky combo orders above 1 kg may attract additional logistics surcharges.
Packaging
All products are carefully packed using multi-layered bubble wrap, corrugated sheets, and tamper-proof sealed boxes to ensure safe transit. Fragile items like photo frames and glass idols receive extra cushioning.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website.
Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines may be affected during:
- National holidays and religious festivals (Diwali, Holi, Phalgun Mela)
- Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
