Daily Temple Open & Close Hours

Under standard schedules, the Khatu Shyam Ji Mandir is open for darshan during the following hours:

  • Winters (October to March): 5:30 AM to 1:00 PM, and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
  • Summers (April to September): 4:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Note: On Shukla Paksha Ekadashi (Gyaras) and during the annual Phalgun Mela, the temple remains open continuously for 24 hours to accommodate the massive rush of pilgrims.

Best Days & Months to Visit Khatu Dham

For a peaceful and comfortable darshan, plan your trip during weekdays (Tuesday to Thursday). Weekends, Shukla Paksha Ekadashi, and Dwadashi see extremely long queues where queue wait times can extend from 2 to 6 hours. The best weather conditions are during the winter months from November to February.
